These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lighthouse Logistics ("App," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, software, integrations, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By installing, connecting to, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App or Services.
1. About the App
Lighthouse Logistics provides software and services that may integrate with Squarespace websites and services.
The App may connect to your marketplace account or website through authorization mechanisms provided by your marketplace. The specific information and permissions requested by the App will depend on the features you choose to use.
The App is an independent third-party application and is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by your marketplace unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use the App on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account and Authorization
Certain features may require you to create an account with us or authorize the App to connect to your marketplace account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information;
Maintaining the security of your account credentials;
Maintaining the security of any access credentials or authorization links associated with the App;
Using the App only for lawful purposes; and
All activity conducted through your account or authorized connection, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
You may revoke the App's access to your marketplace account through the applicable marketplace account or authorization controls. Revoking access may prevent some or all App features from functioning.
4. Use of Marketplace Data
When you authorize the App to access information from a marketplace website or account, we may access only the information and permissions necessary to provide the functionality of the App, subject to the permissions you grant and the applicable marketplace APIs and platform rules.
You represent that you have the right and authority to provide the App with access to the information and websites you connect to the App.
Our handling of information obtained through your use of the App is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, another user's account, or any system or network connected to the App;
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, availability, or operation of the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
Circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or security controls;
Use the App to violate the rights of another person or entity;
Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or other harmful material;
Use information obtained through the App in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or the permissions granted to you; or
Use the App in a manner that violates applicable Squarespace terms, policies, developer requirements, or API restrictions.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including your marketplace and other services that you choose to connect.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, functionality, security, policies, or changes to their services.
The App may stop functioning or certain features may become unavailable if a third-party service changes, restricts, or discontinues an API, integration, authorization method, or related functionality.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, user interface, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Lighthouse Logistics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for its intended purposes.
You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to or provide through the App, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Services.
You may not use our trademarks, branding, or other intellectual property without our prior written permission.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App or Services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability or functionality.
9. Fees
Free Service: The App is currently provided without a fee. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or plans in the future and will provide applicable pricing information before charging you.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms;
Your use presents a security, legal, or operational risk;
A third-party service or platform relationship necessary for the App is terminated or materially changed;
We discontinue the App; or
We are otherwise permitted or required to do so by applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, OR REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PERIOD.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIGHTHOUSE LOGISTICS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
13. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lighthouse Logistics and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Your misuse of the App;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights; or
Information or content you provide through the App for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.
14. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information.

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the applicable courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Lighthouse Logistics concerning your use of the App.
